Session Description

Creating Readiness: Building a Shared Vision for Restorative Implementation Successful restorative implementation begins with readiness, relationships, and a shared vision for the experience we want to create together. Participants will explore the relational and adaptive foundations of restorative practices, consider how they want to feel in this Community of Practice and why those feelings matter, and translate those desired experiences into shared commitments. Together, we will examine how belonging, trust, shared responsibility, and collective ownership can create the conditions for meaningful learning and sustainable restorative implementation.
