CoP: Leadership Buy-In that Lasts

Session Description

Sustaining restorative practices requires more than leadership approval- it requires leaders who model restorative ways of being and create the conditions for shared ownership. In this session, participants will explore how leaders can build trust, engage people meaningfully in decisions, and strengthen commitment through transparency, human-centered leadership, and fair process. Drawing on restorative leadership resources and real-world implementation examples, we’ll consider how leaders can move from simply supporting restorative practices to embodying them in how they communicate, make decisions, navigate challenges, and lead change- building the trust and collective ownership needed for implementation to last.
