Session Description

Michelle Stowe is the Founder and Director of Connect RP and a restorative practitioner, trainer, and consultant who helps schools and organizations build relational cultures that put people and relationships at the heart of community. Her approach emphasizes Restorative Practice as both a proactive and responsive way of being- intentionally building relationships while responding to conflict and harm through empathy, accountability, connection, and repair- and focuses on moving schools beyond a “train and hope” model toward sustainable, whole-school implementation.
